We really enjoyed this dish! I did not add the egg on mine, but Luke and Trev did and both said it was great! This was a pretty easy dish to put together and only took about 35 minutes which was perfect because I was starving by the time I decided to start dinner.
I’d give this one a 4 out of 5 on my scale that has no real parameters lol
Weight Watchers Points – 11 when split between 3 of us and served over cauliflower rice. It would come to about 15 if you split it 2 ways and 18 if you go with the regular rice.
Wine Pairing tonight was Dark Horse Pinot Grigio which is typically not my favorite variety. However, this was a suggestion by a community member so we went with it and was pleasantly surprised at how well it paired with the flavors of this dish!
